Your website and Google Ads, built by someone who has run one for ten years.
Since 2016 I have built and run the website and the Google Ads for a hardwood flooring company in Miami. I would like to do the same for yours. I take one wood floor company per market, and the price is on this page because you should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what something costs.
Don't take my word for it — check it yourself
I have built and run the website and Google Ads for a hardwood flooring company in Miami since 2016. Search any of these right now and see who comes up:
- hardwood floor refinishing Kendall
- hardwood floor refinishing Hialeah
- hardwood floor refinishing Miami
Everything it costs, on one page.
No setup fee hiding at the bottom of a proposal. No percentage of your ad spend. No twelve-month contract.
Paid over three months, not all at once.
| When | You pay | What for |
|---|---|---|
| To start | $1,500 | Build begins |
| Month 2 | $1,000 | Build payment 2 of 3 |
| Month 3 | $1,000 | Paid in full — nothing more owed on the build |
| Month 4 on | $650 | Hosting, upkeep and running your campaign |
Agencies in your market commonly charge $1,000 to $1,500 a month for the campaign management alone, before the website. Your Google ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google — see the box to the right.
Four things people always ask next
- Your ad budget is not included and never touches my hands. You set it, you pay Google directly, and you can change or pause it any day. Most companies start somewhere between $1,000 and $2,000 a month.
- The domain stays in your name. Always. The site runs on my system, which is part of why the build costs what it does instead of twice that — if you ever leave, you take your domain, your photos and your text with you.
- The $650 is month to month. Once the build is paid off, cancel any month you want — no fee, no notice period, no phone call where I try to talk you out of it. The three build payments are the one fixed commitment.
- It is a flat fee, not a percentage of your ad spend. Most agencies take 15–20% of whatever you spend, which means they earn more every time they talk you into a bigger budget. Mine is $650 whether you spend $500 a month or $5,000. I have no reason to push your budget anywhere except where it actually works.
Fair question. Here is the client, and here is his review.
Ten years is easy to type. Below is the company, the site I built for them, and what the owner said about it — on Google, under his own name, where you can read it without taking my word for any of it.
“We couldn’t be happier with the team that created and continues to maintain the Original Wood Floors website. They have been a great partner in helping us build a professional online presence that truly represents who we are and the quality of work we provide.”

Original Wood Floors — Miami
Installation, repair and refinishing across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. I built this site and I have run the Google Ads behind it since 2016. Open it and judge it yourself — that is the fastest way to find out whether I am worth a phone call.
Visit originalwoodfloor.com13 quote requests in 27 days
One real month from that account — July 31 to August 27, 2026. A new request roughly every other day, from a campaign years old, not a launch spike.
Coral Gables. Key Biscayne. Miami Beach. Doral.
Four of the most expensive zip codes in the county. Who sees your ad is a decision somebody makes, not an accident.
A 160 sq ft repair, and a 5,000 sq ft penthouse
Small repairs and large installs out of the same campaign, because each search gets its own ad pointed at its own page.
High-Margin Projects
We don’t just fish for cheap repair clicks. We build your pages and campaign to target the zip codes, neighborhoods, and search terms that attract high-ticket residential revenue.
Premium Installs
Tailored ad copy engineered specifically for high-end searches like wide-plank European white oak, chevron patterns, and custom site-finished hardwood.
Whole-Home Sand & Refinish
Custom landing pages built to convert affluent homeowners looking to update 3,000+ sq ft at once, maximizing your crew's booking value and weekly efficiency.
Exclusive Zip Codes
Your campaigns are micro-managed to display heavily in neighborhoods where homeowners actively prioritize master craftsmanship and premium finishes over a cheap bargain.
- Being straight with you about that number: I can tell you how many people asked for a quote, because every lead comes to my inbox too. I cannot tell you how many of them signed or what the jobs were worth — that is my client's business, not mine, and I am not going to invent it to make this page look better. It is also not a promise about your market. Your city, your competition and your budget are different.
Not one page with a list of cities at the bottom.
A separate page for each service, in each city you serve. When somebody in Clearwater searches for floor refinishing, there is a page about floor refinishing in Clearwater waiting for them — not your homepage.
Built to get the phone to ring
Phone number pinned in the header on every page, a quote form that works on a phone, and one obvious next step on every screen. Not a brochure.
The six services are not a guess
They come from ten years of watching what people actually type and what they actually ask for when they call. Refinishing and damage work, not just new installation.
Twenty real pages, not two hundred thin ones
Google penalises sites that spin up hundreds of near-identical city pages, and it has gotten stricter about it. I would rather build you ten city pages that actually rank than sixty that get the whole site filtered.
Pointed at the cities you serve, and nowhere else.
Every dollar you spend should land inside your drive time. Here is how the campaign gets built.
Your cities, your radius
The campaign is geo-targeted to the same cities your pages are built for — up to 10, or a radius you draw yourself. If you don't drive to Sarasota, your ads don't show in Sarasota. We can tighten or widen it any time, in a day.
A separate ad group per service
Somebody searching "water damage hardwood floor" and somebody searching "new oak floor install" are not the same customer. They get different ads, pointed at different pages. Most accounts I take over have all of it crammed into one ad group, which is why the clicks cost so much.
A negative keyword list built over ten years
Every pointless search that has ever cost a real wood floor company money — DIY, cleaning products, laminate, job seekers, rentals, "how to" — is already blocked on day one. You are not paying to learn a lesson I already paid for.
Tracking before a dollar is spent
Call tracking and form tracking get set up and tested before the campaign turns on. If you cannot see which searches turn into phone calls, nobody can tell you whether it is working — including me.
Things I would rather you know now than in month three.
- I will not promise you a number of leads. Anyone who does, before seeing your market and your budget, is guessing at you.
- Google Ads is not instant and it is not free. Expect the first month to be the campaign learning your market. Budget for at least three months before you judge it.
- I do not take two wood floor companies in the same market. If your competitor signs first, I will tell you so and you will not hear from me again.
- Leads still have to be answered. The best campaign in Florida loses to the guy who picks up the phone. If you cannot call people back the same day, fix that before you spend money on ads.
The ones I get asked every time.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain, your photos, your logo and your text — always, and it stays registered in your name. The site itself runs on my system, which is a large part of why the build costs what it does rather than the $7,000 to $9,000 a custom site usually runs, and why it loads fast and ranks. If you leave, the site comes down and your domain goes with you.
Can I really cancel any time?
The $650 a month, yes — any month, no fee and no notice period, and no minimum term. The three build payments are the one commitment, because the website and the campaign are finished and working in month one while the money comes in over three. That is the only thing I ask you to stick to.
Is my Google ad spend included in the $650?
No, and I want to be loud about that because it is where people get burned. The $650 covers hosting, keeping the site working and running your campaign — search terms, negative keywords, bids, ad copy and the monthly review. Your ad budget goes straight from your card to Google. I never hold it, never mark it up and never take a percentage of it.
What if I already have a website?
Then we probably do not start over. Three of my last clients came to me after paying another company for months with nothing to show for it, and in each case I took what they already had and rebuilt it. Send me the link and I will tell you what is worth keeping.
How long until it is live?
The campaign can be running within about a week. The full set of pages takes longer to build out, and we turn the ads on as soon as the pages they point to are ready, rather than waiting for everything.
What does the free review actually get me?
A short list of what I would fix first on your site and your current ads, written in plain English. It takes me about ten minutes, there is no charge, and you can hand it to anyone you like — including whoever works on your site now. If you never call me again, you still keep the list.
Want to know what I would fix first?
Ten minutes of my time, no cost, no obligation, and no sales call waiting at the end of it — the price is already on this page.
